Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical operations of the rental company including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management using the company's proprietary asset tracking systems.
- Ensure all equipment and assets are well-maintained and in good working condition
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Form a key part of the Global Asset team and participate in weekly meetings
- Manage a team of technicians and warehouse staff providing guidance and support
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely repairs and replacement of equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Collaborate with the sales t4eam to provide technical support and expertise in customer interactions
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical operations or similar role in the rental industry
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of audio and communications equipment
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Good understanding of equipment maintenance and repairs processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields is preferred.
