Technical Operations Manager

**What We Need**:
Oivan is looking for a **Technical (IT) Operations Manger** with relevant experience in managing the cloud infrastructure architecture in the Middle East region. If you are interested in working in an international environment in a creative and awesome team, then Oivan is the right place for you ️

Our goal is to have this person work closely with our Head of Infrastructure and Cloud and provide financial analysis by monitoring KPI’s, and participating in developing the IT objectives and strategy at the business unit level.

**What You'll Do**:

You will provide required reports and statistics that help the IT director in improving the operations practice. You will also be responsible for the following:

- Act as the trusted advisor for the client and participate in technical and governance discussion with 3rd parties such as Vendors, Saudi NCSC, Correspondence, SoC.
- Collaborate closely with business managers and directors, understand the business requirements for the product initiatives and e-services, then reflect the business needs into technical design and processes
- Design and manage the cloud infrastructure architecture with regards to computing, storage, network and security, that improves the overall service delivery agility while reducing CAPEX and OPEX.
- Plan the required infrastructure improvement (Performance, availability, backup, disaster recovery, security compliance, risk management)
- Team building and hiring, resource enablement and coaching
- Manage the workload of daily operation tasks and delegating to best fit resource
- Plan and manage the yearly objective for the infrastructure function.
- Manage and monitor the committed SLA for services availability and response time - incidents and service fulfilment.
- Managing the compliance and delivery for internal customers’ requirements such as IT Risk/Business Continuity department, Cybersecurity, and IT Governance
- Managing the cloud infrastructure service catalogue, service delivery blueprint, SLA and integration with ITSM based on ITIL framework
- Serve as a Project Manager for various mission critical migration and initiatives

**What You've Got**:
For this role, you are going to be working with our Head of Infrastructure and Cloud. As the Operation Manager, we prefer that you have the following:

- Proven management track and dealership experience
- MIS degree or certified ITIL, PMP is plus
- Knowledge of industry’s best practice frameworks and standards such as IOS 17799, National Cybersecurity Authority, TOGAF
- Systematic thinking and experience in debugging complex technical and problems
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in relevant domain
- Native Arabic Speaker

For this role, we expect you to based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate in the near future.
