**The Project Manager holds full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the project. With the authority to coordinate and execute, the Project Manager ensures the safe and successful completion of construction on assigned projects, adhering to the schedule, budget, and engineering specifications. Responsibilities include**:

- **Recruiting essential CPMC staff.**:

- **Formulating strategies and execution plans for timely and budget-compliant project delivery.**:

- **Guaranteeing the project's adherence to agreed performance specifications.**:
**The Project Manager also maintains accountability for facility commissioning until the handover to the client.**:
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Oversee all phases of the project, from Preliminary Engineering through Detailed Design, Fabrication, Integration, Installation, and Commissioning.**
- **Establish the project team and necessary procedures for both technical and commercial management.**
- **Manage interfaces with the client and other contractors, participating in Constructability Reviews.**
- **Lead, motivate, and develop the project team, focusing on developing national staff.**
- **Ensure that the project team effectively handles technical and quality issues to deliver a product that meets the client's requirements.**
- **Develop strategies to achieve project objectives within the designated timeframe and budget.**
- **Retain responsibility until all facilities are fully operational and all commercial matters are satisfactorily resolved.**
- **Ensure a smooth transition and handover to operations.**
- **Foster effective client, labor, and public relations.**
- **Supervise a team of construction specialists responsible for construction, field engineering, quality assurance, craft supervision, administration, material control, and project controls.**
- **Coordinate the preparation and issuance of reports on the construction status.**
- **Keep the client informed of daily site activities.**
- **Ensure each field staff member understands their role and responsibilities, fostering a cohesive team.**
- **Implement and manage project plans and procedures in the field, covering safety programs, project controls, client relations, administration, quality assurance, warehousing, field engineering, subcontracts, field procurement, craft supervision, and labour relations.**
- **Train, develop, and appraise key project team members, including the General Superintendent, Technical Service Manager, Administrative Manager, Site QC Manager, Project Controls Manager, and Project HSE Manager.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Skills**:

- **Experience in PMC/EPC for Downstream Projects, producing liquefied natural gas, gasoline, heating oil, synthetic rubber, plastics, lubricants, antifreeze, fertilizers, and pesticides.**
- **Adaptable and capable of working in international environments.**
- **Commercially astute with a good understanding of contract management economics.**
- **Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to achieve results through influence.**
- **Thorough understanding of Project financial drivers and management.**
- **High level of personal drive and initiative.**

**Academic**:

- **Undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline.**

**Experience**:

- **15-20 years of professional experience.**
- **Proven track record of successfully managing EPC projects.
