**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget - Solid understanding of oil and gas project management methodologies, tools, and techniques - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to overcoming project challenges - Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus - Familiarity with oil and gas industry regulations, standards, and safety practices
