**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, remove, and relocate servers, networking equipment, and other hardware.
- Perform structured cabling, cable labeling, and patch panel management.
- Execute hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support remote hands requests for equipment reboots, console access, and physical inspections.
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) and data center infrastructure health.
- Maintain data center cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Document work completed, maintain asset inventory, and update configuration records.
- Assist with scheduled maintenance tasks and emergency incident response activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with hardware installation, basic networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Understanding of data center operations, power and cooling concepts, and cable management.
- Strong physical ability to lift, rack, and stack equipment safely.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- CompTIA A+, Server+, or
- CDCTP (Certified Data Centre Technician Professional) or equivalent.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a multi-tenant or enterprise data center environment.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and remote management tools.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
