J**Job Title: Civil Engineer - Island Project (Marine Civil Experience Required)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Design**: Develop and review detailed engineering designs and plans for the island project, ensuring compliance with relevant marine and civil engineering standards.
- **Marine Construction**: Oversee all aspects of marine construction activities, including dredging, land reclamation, seawall construction, and other coastal protection measures.
- **Site Management**: Lead and manage on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Technical Coordination**: Work closely with architects, environmental specialists, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of all project components.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks associated with marine and island construction activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all construction activities meet the specified engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, national, and international regulations, particularly those related to marine and environmental protection.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field/A Master's degree in Marine or Coastal Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years focused on marine projects. Previous experience with island projects is highly desirable.

Pay: ﷼19,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month
