**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to sell ERP software and IT solutions to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking in the ERP and IT sectors.
- Work with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend the appropriate ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Understand the features, benefits, and functionality of ERP solutions and IT services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to showcase ERP software and IT solutions to prospects.
- Work closely with the technical team to answer client questions and customize solutions based on business needs.
- Lead negotiations and prepare proposals for new and existing clients.
- Close sales deals in a timely manner, ensuring all client requirements are met.
**Skills** **Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of proven sales experience in ERP solutions, IT products, or software sales.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with a focus on IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and handle large-scale projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in businesses.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
