key duties**:
Develop best practices to improve efficiency of payroll processes.

Oversee employee payroll accounting, transactions, and reporting activities.

Maintain employee payroll records up-to-date and accurate.

Prepare employee wage summaries of earnings, deductions, leaves and benefits.

Analyze payroll problems and provide appropriate resolutions.

Fully responsible for data uploading from old data must needed to migrate to the new acquired system, ensure that should be up to date and maintain the requires process.

Responsible for payroll closing in the system every month after reconciliation.

Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.

Preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits.

Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is required

**Experience**:
Minimum of (3+) years active Payroll experience or a similar field.

Languages: Exceptional overall communications skills in English, Arabic will be an asset

Computer Skills/Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other CRM Software

Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.

Experience working with accounting and payroll software (ERP Or Solvait is a plus.)

**Salary**: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
