Welding Manager

- Lead and manage all welding operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Supervise and coordinate welding teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Ensure welding quality meets international codes (AWS, ASME, ISO) and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections, NDT testing coordination, and resolve any welding-related issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC, and site teams to optimize welding processes.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage welding materials, equipment, and consumables to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Provide training and technical guidance to welders and site teams.
- Prepare reports on welding performance, progress, and quality compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field. Certification in welding inspection (AWS CWI, CSWIP) is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in welding management, preferably in large-scale stadium or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working in a Tier 1 construction company is highly preferred.
- GCC experience preferred, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures, codes, and NDT methods.
- Proficiency in welding software, inspection techniques, and material specifications.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
