We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Manager - IT Asset Infrastructure Design to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the design, deployment, and management of our IT asset infrastructure. Your insights will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technological resources are efficiently leveraged to support the company’s ambitious goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for IT asset infrastructure that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring effective acquisition, deployment, management, and disposal.
- Design and deploy network infrastructure (wired/wireless) for new and existing facilities.
- Ensure high availability for critical systems.
- Implement security measures to protect network infra.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to integrate new technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, security, and best practices for multiple vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - industry certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, ACE) a plus.
- Regularly monitor IT asset inventories and performance, investigating opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on IT asset management best practices.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to IT asset infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT asset management or IT infrastructure design.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT asset lifecycles effectively.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements for IT asset management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to optimize asset performance and utilization.
- Outstanding communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in leading teams and managing relationships with vendors.
