As the **Head of Quality Assurance**, you will oversee all quality control activities across our wood and steel manufacturing facilities. You will implement and maintain robust quality management systems, monitor production quality, lead a team of quality inspectors, and collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve quality issues. Your leadership will be key to maintaining product excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance programs tailored to wood and steel manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production workflows and inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to maintain high inspection and reporting standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify quality risks and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections in line with internal policies and industry regulations (ISO 9001, ASTM, etc.).
- Utilize quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis to prevent defects and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations impacting product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing quality and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance within wood, steel, or heavy manufacturing industries.
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams in manufacturing environments.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for wood and steel products.
- Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ASTM.
- Proficiency with quality tools and techniques (SPC, CAPA, FMEA, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead quality initiatives.
