**We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Country Compliance Manager. Based out of their Riyadh office you will lead the company’s compliance and anti-corruption programs in accordance with Saudi regulations, global standards, and internal policies**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a robust corporate compliance framework.
- Advise leadership on regulatory risks and compliance improvements.
- Oversee internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
- Lead anti-corruption initiatives in line with Saudi Nazaha and international standards.
- Manage third-party due diligence, whistleblowing programs, and investigations.
- Deliver training to embed ethical business practices across the organization.
- Lead and develop the compliance team to ensure consistency and high performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+years of compliance, governance, or risk management experience.
- Familiarity with Saudi laws, Nazaha guidelines, and international anti-bribery regulations.
- Proven experience handling audits, reporting, and internal investigations.
- **Bilingual: Arabic & English required.**:

- High integrity and ethical standards.
