Role Description

This is a full-time role for a COUNTRY Supervisor at VITAME located in RIYADAH - KSA . As a COUNTRY Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and managing the business units in your assigned country. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with different departments, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth. This is an on-site position in Jeddah that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role IN KSA for at least 4 years in same position
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree (Only Medicine , Pharmacy, Science , Dentist )
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
