We are currently seeking a Development Manager (Residential) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the development of residential initiatives that align with our ambitious vision, supporting our commitment to creating vibrant and sustainable communities.

As the Development Manager/Residential, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle—from concept through to handover — ensuring that each residential development reflects our high standards of quality and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and assist in residential development projects from initial concept through design, permitting, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with established timelines and budgets.
- Perform market analyses and feasibility assessments to evaluate prospective residential projects and provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to develop designs that align with community needs and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts with external consultants, contractors, and vendors involved in the development process.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and deploy effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting milestones and addressing any challenges encountered.
- Cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment, providing mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.
- Remain informed on market trends and best practices in residential development, utilizing these insights to foster continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Economics, Finance, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in residential development or project management.
- Essential - GCC experience on large-scale residential projects.
- Excellent understanding of residential development processes, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical abilities.
