**Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Event Management**

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
**Nationality Requirement**: Saudi Only
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in procurement, specifically within the event management or entertainment industry

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and evaluate suppliers for event-related needs such as staging, lighting, audiovisual equipment, décor, catering, and logistics.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure value while maintaining quality standards.
- Process and manage purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery schedules with event timelines.
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor database specifically tailored to the events and entertainment sector.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets in coordination with the finance and project management teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient procurement processes that align with event planning milestones.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and Saudi regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Saudi nationality (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience within the event management or creative industries
- Strong network and knowledge of vendors and suppliers in the Saudi event industry
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- **A strong personality** with the confidence to negotiate, take initiative, and resolve challenges under pressure
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with internal teams
- Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
