We are currently looking for a **Product Designer Specialist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to enhance our user experience across our mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs that not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your creative vision and attention to detail will play a critical role in shaping the future of travel booking experiences for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to align design with business goals.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms by contributing to the development of design systems and style guides.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iteratively refine designs based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, including user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI.
- Proficiency in Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Print and AI design tools and image generation.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing methods.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
