Nice One is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Print Production Specialist to manage and optimize our print production processes. **Key Responsibilities - Print Production Management & Quality Assurance**:

- Coordinate end-to-end print production, including scheduling, preparing files, proofing, and tracking project completion.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source materials, manage print orders, and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Review design files for print readiness, make necessary adjustments, and work with designers to resolve any technical issues.
- Ensure all printed materials meet brand standards and quality requirements, performing quality control checks at every stage.
- Maintain accurate records of print jobs, inventory of print materials, and cost tracking in the production management system.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to align print production with campaign schedules and business objectives.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and minimize waste in print operations.
- Assist in developing and documenting print specifications, templates, and operating procedures.

**Essential Requirements - Print Production, Technical Skills & Communication**:

- Associate or bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- 1+ years of experience in print production, print management, or related graphic arts roles.
- Working knowledge of prepress processes, color management, print finishing, and various print technologies (digital, offset, large format, etc.).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiar with print production software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors in layouts, proofs, and printed materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills—able to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external vendor coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with the initiative to handle production challenges constructively.
