**The Job in a Nutshell**

**We are looking for a proactive Compliance Specialist to assist in supporting the regulatory and compliance functions within Foodics.**

**This entry-level position requires fluency in English and up to one year of experience in compliance or regulatory work.**

**The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day regulatory activities, ensuring that Foodics Pay operates in full compliance with local laws and internal policies. The role reports directly to the Compliance**

**Lead and involves regular interaction with internal teams to facilitate smooth compliance processes.**

**What Will You Do❓**
- **Daily Compliance Coordination: Assist the Compliance Lead in managing day-to-day compliance activities and ensuring all departments are aligned with regulatory requirements.**:

- **Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of regulatory and compliance documentation, ensuring that all files are audit-ready and accessible.**:

- **Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments, including Legal, Operations, and Finance, to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.**:

- **Monitoring and Reporting: Track compliance metrics and prepare reports for internal review, ensuring any issues or breaches are escalated to the Compliance Lead.**:

- **Audit Support: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by gathering necessary documentation and supporting compliance efforts.**:

- **Regulatory Updates: Stay informed of any regulatory changes that may impact Foodics Pay and communicate these updates to the team.**

**What Are We Looking For❓**
- **Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.**:

- **Skills**:

- **Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Proficient in English (spoken and written).**:

- **Strong communication and coordination abilities.**:

- **Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**
