**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated **Technical Regulatory Compliance Engineering Specialist**to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products and services adhere to evolving regulatory standards.

**Role Summary**
- Supports product regulatory compliance programs through various activities that assist in managing compliance risk and ensuring compliance with applicable product regulatory requirements for intended markets.

**What You Will Do**
- Follow and utilize established processes and tools to collect, assess, and manage information in support of product certification and compliance.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for processes and tools used to manage product regulatory compliance risks.
- Collaborate with product groups, design control and operations to ensure the development, validation and production of product that meets applicable product regulatory requirements.
- Identify and assess emerging regulatory trends and their potential impact on our products and services.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex regulations to determine compliance requirements.
- Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory bodies to influence policy and standards.
- Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities to maintain open communication channels.

**Skill You Will have**
- **Data Gathering & Analysis**:Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
- **Collaborating**:Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- **Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- **Accuracy and Attention to Detail**:Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- **Product Engineering**:Knowledge of various product engineering techniques; ability to master professional methods to design, build and process hardware products or components.
- **Product Design and Development**:Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven track record of success in regulatory compliance for over 8 years
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in i.e. mechanical and electrical engineering
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Additional Information**
- Up to 25% travel domestic and international.
- A hybrid role will be required to be in the office 3 times a week.
