**JD for Sales Manager (API,Pumps,Valves)**
- Driving Sales & Marketing with proven expertise in handling (API Products/Pumps and Rotational equipment/Valves) and market.
- Achieve sales turnover and profitability in line with company objectives.
- Expand Customer base and improve customer retention.
- Identify key projects and target customers accordingly.
- Building relationships with key personnel (decision makers) within a customer’s organization including procurement staff and end users.
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
- Preparation of presentations and proposals for customers to secure orders.
- Coordinating and resolving customer issues in a manner that retains the customer.
- Assisting the finance department in collecting unpaid debts.
- Conducting Performance Appraisals for the sales team (if applicable).
- Ensure completion of customer satisfaction reports.
- Ensure that the ERP system is fully utilized to streamline workflow.
- Preparation of customer database installation list/business cards and visit reports.
- Interact with the operations department to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Establishing KPIs for the department and other staff.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage customer database and their feedback.
- Monthly Win/loss analysis report.
- Work with and guide Sales Engineers as and when needed.
- Oilfield drilling & production equipment Product knowledge as per API 6A,16A,16C,5CT,7-1.
**Education and Experience**:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 9-13 years’ experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of the Saudi market and major customers is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ERP.
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
