The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales at key accounts and achieving sales budget in the Saudi Air conditioning market. Identify growth opportunities and implement marketing/product strategies at the OEMs/Consultants. Sales planning with forecasts based on market understanding.

**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:

- To be responsible for HVACR Sales Growth & Support, Sustaining and Increasing Emerson Market Participation in the KSA Market
- To manage and Deliver Monthly and Annual Sales Targets
- To work with end market users/retailers to understand market trends in terms of technology transition
- To introduce new products, and market penetration displacing competition at OEMS in KSA
- To gather Market and Competitive Intelligence data
- To provide Specific Inputs to Customize, Finetune or Develop New Products to address KSA Market Needs
- To build Relationships with key HVAC Regulatory Authorities in KSA

**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Mechanical Engineer / Diploma Associates Engineer Mechanical / Air conditioning
- Must have at least 5 -10 years’ experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry, with a minimum of 5 years in sales.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, Internet software, E-mail, Windows. Arabic speaking preferable
- Willing to travel locally within KSA
- Should understand monthly closing and sales demand
