Contribute to the provision of safe, patient and family focused quality care. Identify, recommends facilitates and evaluates opportunities to improve patient care and work processes based on statistical data, works in partnership with relevant stakeholders to drive practice resulting in the provision of high quality care.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Coordinates all quality activities related to Case Management Department.
- Facilitates the implementation of the specific plan for the assigned section inclusive of annual goals and objectives and reporting mechanisms.
- Facilitates development of multi-disciplinary collaboration team for ongoing quality assurance and quality improvement.
- Develops or recommends materials, forms and other tools to evaluate current process.
- Coordinates the investigation and all related incidents.
- Collects and analyze data from Case Management incident report and other data to identify opportunities to improve Case Manager Practice and Patient care.
- Participates in the development and revision of Case Management Department policies and procedures and the curriculum for staff education and training in alignment with the section plan.
- Conducts educational sessions relating to safety and customer services related education as assigned.
- Collaborates with Admission & Appointments team to promote more effective use of bed and resources.
- Maintains positive professional interpersonal relationship with patients and their families, co-workers and other members of the Health Care team.
- Participates actively in Performance Improvement teams, committees and taskforces as assigned.
- Follows all Hospital related Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s ,or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National only.
