**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join an international team at a Mediterranean restaurant in Riyadh. You will assist in managing kitchen operations, maintaining high-quality food standards, and supporting the development of seasonal menu items.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and present Mediterranean dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Help develop new menu items based on trends or seasonal ingredients.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role (Mediterranean cuisine preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Basic English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or certification.
- Previous experience in a high-end kitchen.
