**Role Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and define test and inspection requirements for the required projects such as ITP and procurement specifications.
- Attend inspection / expediting activities according to notification
- Preside Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM)
- Implement quality activities on manufactured equipment/materials as per approved ITP / Procedures
- Review and endorsement of vendor / manufacturer test reports/records (IRB, MDRB)
- Preparation of Inspection Reports / Expediting Reports
- Conducts shop and desk expediting
- Review and verify punch list / non conformances
- Issue Inspection Release Certificates
- Prepares Inspection Disposition Reports (IDR)
- Coordination with project coordinator, client, vendor and quality personnel for proper execution of assignment
- Perform sourcing inspection for electrical equipment such as Motors, LOS and participate in FAT.

And any other duties assigned

**Required Qualification and Experience**:

- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years relevant experience in Pump's OEM and/or skid mounted equipment manufacturing environment.
- He must be conversant with Saudi Aramco Standards requirements and must be holding QM01, QM02, QM21 & QM36 qualifications.
- He must have knowledge with NEMA, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, IEC, NEC, IEEE etc. standards
- He Must have knowledge of inspection equipment generally found in pump skids and instrumentation assembly and test operations and associated accessories.
- Certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015.
- Knowledge of the established quality standards, laws and regulations of national and international standards.
- Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
- Problem solving skills.
