**Role Description**:
As a Channels Management Specialist at Innovative Solutions, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our partner channels to drive business growth and enhance market presence. You will work closely with channel partners to create effective strategies that leverage their strengths and ensure mutual success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Create and implement channel strategies that align with company goals and market needs.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to channel partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with partners to assess performance and address any issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform channel strategies.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and channel partners to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management ,Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or sales support.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner dynamics.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
