Head Communication Channels

Manages, plans, coordinates and integration of Communication Channels Departmental operations to achieve the Organization’s mission, strategies, objectives and goals.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Oversees the operations and execution of the Hospital’s social media channels, website and media buying activities.
2. Establishments and promotion of Hospital’s brand. Creates, coordinate, and execute communication plans to increase public awareness.
3. Works closely with various departments to maintain a thorough understanding of business dynamics and product offerings, as well as identifying the most important information to communicate.
4. Assess, manages and mitigating channel marketing risks and reviewing the performance periodic reports of the social media, website and media buying activities.
5. Ensures the department's plans are executed as per Hospital’s communication strategy and brand guidelines.
6. Delegates responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of the department's operations.
7. Monitors trends and stay abreast of related developments to ensure the timeliness of the content you produce and supports facilitate the flow of information throughout a Hospital.
8. Implements effective communication strategies to drive customer growth and brand loyalty.
9. Develops and maintains various communications channels and materials and ensures website contents remain relevant.
10. Monitors media alerts and relevant publications and creates interactive social media contents and campaigns.
**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Audio-visual Sciences, Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Nine (9) years of related experience with Master’s, or elven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National Only.
