- Strong understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and analytical methodologies.
- Ability to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and visually appealing reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

**Languages**: Fluent in English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports that deliver insights into organizational performance, metrics, and trends.
- Analyze and interpret historical data, identifying patterns and forecasting future business performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements, ensuring reports meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and visualization tools to present data in an easily digestible format for decision-makers.
- Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor organizational effectiveness and overall business objectives.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business cases and drive initiatives forward.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within reporting and analytics functions, aiming to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts through accurate reporting and documentation.
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and analytical techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and business intelligence to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and adhere to company policies regarding data governance.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data collection, storage, and processing systems for improved analytics.
