**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards while managing IT systems.

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Nationality: Must be a Saudi citizen with valid national identification documents.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity) graduated in 2024.
- Graduation Certificate: Must possess the certificate or be able to provide it by December 2024.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of troubleshooting, IT systems, and network configurations. Familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrated eagerness to acquire new technical skills and adapt to fast-evolving IT environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute effectively in team settings.
