Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Civil Field Engineer**to join our team

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Project Management and Oversight**:

- Lead and supervise all civil field operations related to airfield construction, maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage daily operations to ensure that the project runs according to schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

**Field Engineering Support**:

- Provide on-site engineering support for airfield construction projects, including reviewing plans, designs, and field changes.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during the construction phase by providing innovative solutions and collaborating with the design and construction teams.
- Review construction drawings, provide feedback, and ensure correct implementation on-site.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer
- Proficiency in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, especially in field construction scenarios.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
