- Assist Communication System Sales Team in explaining concepts to end-users and influencers in the region of responsibility
- Assist Communication System Sales Team in system design and presentation of solutions to key system integrators in the region of responsibility
- Get involved and work out specification, tender documents and bill of material incl. budgetary quotes for individual project leads and system integrators
- Support upon request in final installation and commissioning phase in the region of responsibility
- Plan, prepare and execute proof of concept tests in the region of responsibility
- Technical customer support from initial system designs up to and including commissioning support
- Regularly provide updates on our Communication System portfolios and new design tools to key customers
- Conduct basic and advanced training modules for the BU with internal and external target groups, e.g. webinars, face to face
- Align training needs, content and improvements with Regional Training coordinator

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Fluent English, Arabic is an advantage
- Expertise and field experience of at least 3 years at a known AV/Security/Safety system integrator or supplier for Public Address and Conference Systems
- Thorough and deep knowledge on Public Address, Voice Evacuation, and Conference systems
- Knowledge of Visio, AutoCAD, Acoustics, EASE simulation software and EVAC norms
- Advanced IT, IP networks and software knowledge
- Technical writing and solution presentation skills
