Infrastructure Technical Lead

We are currently looking for an **Infrastructure Technical Lead **to join our team. This position is within our Middle East, KSA business in Riyadh which covers all aspects of infrastructure and land development from transport planning, through to the detailed design and construction support of infrastructure to solve our Clients challenges and realize their land development visions.

**Requirements**:

- 20+ years post-graduate experience.
- Degree in a field of Engineering related to Infrastructure such as Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience of working in the Middle East or other expatriate environments
- Proven track record in the delivery of infrastructure and land development projects to a high standard within the Region
- Proven track record in the management of a team of professionals within the infrastructure sector
- Possess knowledge of appropriate analytical and design aids (computer software) with respect to land development projects
- Excellent report writing and presentational skills
- Confident and professional manner and communication style, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office and specialist software)
- Experience of major Master Planning projects as well as a Traffic Impact Studies.
- Previous experience and an understanding of the Clients and markets in the region highly desirable
- Arabic speaker desirable but not essential

**Responsibilities**
- Direct a team of Engineers and Technicians to deliver the design for infrastructure projects to the highest quality standards
- Undertake the role of Project Director on projects
- Lead the development of resources and graduates and junior staff members under your control
- Responsible to ensure that the team under your control deliver their tasks within agreed timescales and budgets
- Engage with and liaise with other teams within the business and Clients as required on technical aspects
- Support and input into new bids and opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with current methods and the latest research in infrastructure and land development
