Looking for an Infrastructure Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure. His role involves leading a team of infrastructure professionals, coordinating projects, and ensuring the reliability and security of the organization's technology infrastructure.

**Job Overview**: As an Infrastructure Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure. Your role will involve collaborating with other teams, managing projects, and ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of the IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

2. **Infrastructure Design and Implementation**:

- Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design and implement robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

3. **Project Management**:

- Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with other teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and report on project status.

4. **Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's infrastructure.
- Stay current with industry security standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments.

5. **Troubleshooting and Incident Response**:

- Oversee the resolution of infrastructure-related issues and incidents.
- Develop and implement incident response plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

6. **Capacity Planning**:

- Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure the infrastructure meets current and future needs.
- Implement scaling strategies as necessary.

7. **Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and select vendors for hardware, software, and services.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 15 years in infrastructure management, with a focus on leadership roles.

3. Strong technical expertise in server administration, networking, and storage technologies.

4. Project management skills, with experience leading infrastructure projects.

5. Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.

6. Familiarity with Micro-Services, Kubernetes Clusters, Rabbit MQ Clusters, Redis, Dev-Ops, Linux, Nginx, Microsoft 365

7. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Optional Skills**:
1. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications.

2. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

3. Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
