The program manager is responsible for day-to-day program delivery. He/she is expected to direct, coordinate, and communicate effectively with the team.

The program manager will arrange resources across the program and report to the Program Director.

The program manager will be the focal point for client needs and enquiries.

**Requirements**:

- You have experience leading accelerator programs
- You communicate new ideas and insights clearly and with strong narratives
- You are eager to drive innovation in Saudi Arabia
- You are Bi-lingual (Arabic & English preferred)
- You should have a minimum of 5 years of program running experience
- You are a great mentor, coach, and workshop presenter
- You have had previous exposure and mastered innovation best practices such as the lean start-up methodology, design thinking, etc...
- You can work with diverse teams from different backgrounds and cultures
- You have a structured mindset, are a critical thinker, and have a hands-on working style
- You are a team player and a great manager
- You are detail-oriented, adaptable and a multitasker with a genuine desire and ability to learn quickly
- You have experience owning projects and take responsibility for following-through them
