Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Project Controls Lead**to join our team In this role you will help develop some phases of the project controls effort and provide leadership to the department.

**“What You’ll Be Doing”**
- Provides direction to a team of planning and project controls professionals to fulfill the scope of services efficiently.
- Manages relationship with the client, from a technical/delivery standpoint, and ensures alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Leads, under the client’s directions, the engagement with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate the execution of Parsons’ services.
- Must be able to manage executive reporting for major programs at a portfolio/enterprise level.
- Prior experience must include Portfolio Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Controls, and Executive Reporting - preferably at a PMO level.
- Leading the team for the development of the enterprise master schedule and program-specific master schedules, to establish robust schedule management procedures required for managing all types of schedules across the portfolio
- Assigning responsibility for executing tasks to team members after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.
- Secondray point of contact for program stakeholders, including client’s senior management and external parties. Facilitates effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders and manages expectations, by ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as may be appropriate.

**“What Desired Skills You’ll Bring”**
- BS/BA degree in Engineering or related field
- 15 or more years of related work experience, including supervisory experience in project management and/or controls, is required.
- Prior experience must include Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Controls, and Executive Reporting at a portfolio or enterprise level.
- PMO leadership experience is preferred.
