Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Manager - Commercial Policy and Process. This key position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing policies and processes that drive commercial efficiency across the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all commercial activities align with the company's objectives and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement process governance and documentation standards.
- Act as the central point of contact for policy and process matters across the Master Development BU.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and consultations to gather input, ensure buy-in, and drive adoption.
- Establish a robust governance framework for policy ownership, updates, version control, and approvals.
- Monitor adherence to policies and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop and lead change management strategies to support policy/process rollouts.
- Prepare communication materials and deliver training to ensure stakeholder understanding and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and regulatory developments, including any requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the Master Development BU adopts any policies or processes handed down by the CDU.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of commercial policies and procedures that support Qiddiya's strategic goals.
- Analyze current commercial processes (including contractual framework), identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficacy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and expertise on commercial policy matters.
- Implement industry best of practices to adapt policies accordingly and maintain leading-edge practices.
- Assess the effectiveness of policy implementation and report findings to senior management, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a thorough understanding of policies and processes.
- Develop, review, and maintain policies and procedures for Master Development to ensure alignment with strategic goals, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure policy accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Map, analyze, and redesign key business processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial policy development, management within a legal a real estate development environment (the latter is essential)
- Thorough understanding of commercial practices and regulatory frameworks within a real estate environment (essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing others and driving change
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting educational sessions
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
