**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Requirement Analysis & Test Planning**:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements.

**2. Test Case Development & Execution**:

- Design and execute **manual and automated test cases** based on banking use cases.
- Prepare test data that mimics real-world banking scenarios.
- Perform tests for:
- **Core banking systems (T24, IST Switch)**:

- **Mobile banking platforms (Kony Platform)**:

- **Loans and other financial products**
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
- Conduct **regression testing** to ensure system stability after updates.

**3. Performance & Security Testing**:

- Conduct **load and stress testing** to evaluate system resilience under peak conditions.
- Perform **security testing** to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry security standards.

**4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**:

- Assist in **UAT planning and execution** with business users.
- Gather feedback and ensure identified issues are resolved before deployment.

**5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement**:

- Continuously analyze and enhance testing **processes and methodologies**.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **4+ years of experience** in software testing, preferably in the **banking or financial sector**.
- Strong understanding of **banking products, particularly loans**.
- Experience with **software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies**.
- Knowledge of **test management tools** (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Certification in software testing (e.g., **ISTQB**) is a plus.
