This pivotal role will encompass the overall design vision and execution for our large-scale projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional standards while driving forward the mission of Qiddiya to create a vibrant cultural and entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the overall design vision across all projects to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
- Lead, inspire, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and engineers throughout the design process.
- Engage in innovative design thinking to push the boundaries of conventional design while aligning with project goals.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all design projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate design solutions with operational and marketing strategies.
- Conduct design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring all feedback is considered and addressed efficiently.
- Champion sustainable design practices and maintain awareness of industry trends, adapting practices as necessary.
- Foster relationships with external designers and partners to enhance project outcomes and expand creative avenues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in design leadership roles, preferably within large-scale development projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design vision and execution across multiple disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor creative teams effectively.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and driving transformation.
- Proficiency in design and project management software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and current industry trends.
