I have recently been retained by a regional large Architecture practice with over 400 employees in their search for a hands-on Senior Design Director in Saudi Arabia on the back of another impressive year of growth for the business.

I am looking for a creative design executive with fluency in Arabic to lead and grow the Architecture division including setting design standards, strengthening and creating new client relationships and helping to push the capabilities of the Architecture division. A strong leader and one who can act as an ambassador for their design philosophy across the region.

As well as leading and playing a key role in growing the Architectural business unit, you will also have an important role in leading the design direction across their project portfolio setting the vision and strategy. It is essential to have a strong background in design as this will be a hands-on role.

You will also have experience in business development, monitoring the department's P&L, engaging with major clients, stakeholders, international consultants and government bodies.

The studio has an established name in the market working on some of the largest developments across the Kingdom and with an experienced leadership team in place, this is part of the next stage in their growth for the New Year and beyond.

A competitive package is on offer (Up to SAR 80,000 per month) along with Grade A Private Medical Cover, Flight Tickets, Family Status and Bonuses.

You must have or currently working in the Middle East, speak Arabic and held similar leadership roles in Architecture firms.
