ABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity. With ABB AbilityTM enabled digital solutions at its core, our extensive portfolio includes distribution automation products, switching, limiting, measuring and sensing devices, switchgear, modular substation packages, and related services.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Takes care of posting / recording of financial transactions in ERP
- Supports in month end reporting activities
- Preparing / reconciling GL / AR / AP statements / reports
- Participates in Internal Controls testing and maintaining relevant documentation
- Supports in Tax, WHT & VAT activities
- Expense Claims review and booking as assigned
- Issuance of Debit Notes & Credit Notes
- CIT follow-ups
- Support to GBS local functions as required
- Coordination & communication with business & GBS stake holders
- Supporting the business colleagues for different business transactions
- Analyzing the financial transactions

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold a Diploma/Bachelor related to Finance/Accounting, with SOCPA membership
- Fresh graduate can be considered as experience is not mandatory
- Fluent in English language is mandatory
