Key Responsibilities:

- The Senior Finance Analyst will work directly with the Finance Manager (FM) and assist him in the following roles

Financial Reporting & Audit Coordination:

- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, (a) consolidation and (b) standalone, of all legal entities pertaining to Management Company and complying with the recognition, measurement, and disclosure requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Maintaining financial reporting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and drafting, updating, and complying with control policies and procedures
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
- Coordinating and liaising with group and component auditors to ensure a clean and timely interim and year-end audit
- Tracking KPIs of each Portfolio Companies:

- Assisting FM in coordinating with the portfolio companies on their monthly & quarterly financial information so to ensure well-timed submission of reports to General and Limited Partners
- Assisting FM in analyzing & reviewing financial KPIs for each portfolio company
- Providing ad hoc financial reporting & accounting consultation on accounting rules to each portfolio company
- Assisting FM in implementing tool & software to automate KPIs tracking of each portfolio company
- Strategic Role:

- Assisting FM in building budgets & forecasts, and supporting in preparing actual vs budget variance analysis report
- Assisting FM in preparing the cashflow forecast on a monthly basis
- Overseeing transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting
- Liaising with banks to address any account issues and queries.
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

Bank Payment Management Role:

- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations at least once a month.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing AP ledger reports to balances.
- Paying vendors by scheduling transfers (at least monthly payment run) and responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Taxation Support (VAT / Zakat / Income Tax / Transfer Pricing etc.):

- Preparation, validation and submission of VAT / Zakat returns for all group entities
- Handle VAT reporting (payables and receivables). Ensure collections and payments are done in line with relevant regulations
- Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
- Coordinating with the tax consultant as and when required

Minimum Requirements:

- A degree in Accounting or Finance, or/and a professional certificate (CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA/CFA/SOCPA, etc.)
- At least +3 years of relevant work experience in the accounting/auditing field (tech start-up experience is preferred)
- Proficiency in Arabic & English language
- Highly proficient in MS excel (example: Pivot Table, Data Validation, What-if Analysis, etc.)
- Exceptional work ethic, character, and integrity
- Highly organized, with attention to details
- Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow

**Salary**: From ﷼5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
