Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

**As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for**:

- Leading teams of technician's and sub-contractors on a daily basis, motivating and delegating work to ensure daily targets are clearly identified, achieved and that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with scheduling, health, safety and quality requirements.
- Supervising and coordinate on workshop teams and sub-contractors, ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely to required standards.
- Allocating work and ensure completion in accordance with the project schedule.
- Creating, allocating and controlling shift requirements for all teams/sub-contractors and maintain relevant records.
- Assisting teams with resolving matters arising and cover other supervisors, as required
- Keeping up to date with and have an awareness of new products and new improved working methods that can add value by improving quality and reducing costs.
- Completing project documentation and reports accurately and concisely.
- Identifying corrective actions and implementation of countermeasures to maximize productivity
- Responsible for all plant and equipment on hires, off hires, breakdowns, corrective actions and counter-measures
- Ensuring relevant materials and consumables are identified, sourced and delivered in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions maintaining records.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent in Electrical related domain.
- Have 5+ years of experience.
- Have experience in electrical activities such as assembly cable conduit & laying cable tray.
- Have previous experience leading a team.
- Have the understanding of electrical systems and component.
- Have the knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective gloves and safety glass etc.)
- Be proficient in English
