**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of matters including contracts, regulations, and compliance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court hearings and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Admitted to practice law in Saudi Arabia. Additional qualifications in other jurisdictions are advantageous.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate environment.
