Role Description

This full-time on-site Corporate Lawyer role is based in Jeddah. The Corporate Lawyer will assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, ensuring legal compliance, and advising management on corporate policies. Responsibilities include managing legal disputes, liaising with external counsel, ensuring adherence to local and international laws, and analyzing the legal implications of business strategies. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide legal support across various departments.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Strong skills in Legal Drafting, Document Review, and Risk Assessment.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of local and international laws with experience in construction or related industries is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution; relevant certifications (e.g., bar admission) preferred.
