**Job description** Purpose**

**Accountabilities**

  • Influence, drive and execute identified Talent Management Programs such as but not limited to youth development programs, recruitment strategies, graduate programs, coop program etc.
  • Manage change related to the people development processes and talent development through influencing and changing behaviors.
  • Developing the corporate policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing policies.
  • Optimize talent acquisition process by implementing industry best practices.
  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  • Lead talent initiatives (Succession Planning, HiPo, Development Plans and Leadership Development Programs etc) and work along with HR Business Partners team to ensure all programs are on track and monitored accordingly.
  • Create/update communications and other documentation in support of talent management initiatives.
  • Ensure that organization-wide talent management and leadership initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Manage Talent/Recruitment Strategies in close coordinator with the recruiters
  • Work with Corporate Communications to drive Corporate Branding to attract and sustain the talent pool
  • Develop sustainable processes/programs and support to accelerate the development and improvement of the quality and depth of the talent pipeline.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure objectives, timelines, and goals are being met.
  • Managing a team handling a variety of initiatives, ranging from onboarding, Internal/ External Recruitment, Succession Planning and Career Path Development, in support of the company mission to create a world-class people organization.
  • Develop or deliver internal training programs or acquire related talent management training from outside vendors.
  • Keeping abreast on all Talent Management matters with industry standard and influence the organization to sync with the trend
  • Responsible to lead all aspects of Talent Management within your assigned domain including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Onboarding, Succession Management, and Performance Management in order to maintain IKEA’s standing as a place that people want to work for and grow with.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Compile HR metrics and relevant KPIs, analyze trends and make recommendations to management and matrix functions; may participate in various market surveys and manage the data gathering, submission, and analysis.
  • Support IKEA initiatives and expansion development needs in terms of developing and coordinating all learning requirements for identified co-workers.

**Qualification**

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field_

**_ Experience: _**

  • 10 years experience in Human Resources management. Specific experience managing talent acquisition and learning & development in a global retail environment._

**_ Specific Designations, Certifications, Licenses:_**

  • CIPD level 7_
