**Job Summary**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing food production, preferably in **dates and sweets**.
- Excellent command of **Arabic and English**.
- Strong leadership and planning capabilities.
- Experience in **sales and marketing** is essential.
- Skilled in selecting products and planning expansions.
- Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee production, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain.
- Manage product development, quality improvement, and new line launches.
- Lead teams, assign tasks, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Build and execute production and expansion strategies.
- Develop marketing plans and evaluate market trends.
- Regular performance analysis and reporting to top management.
- Handle technical breakdowns and manage under pressure.
