**Job Purpose**:
The Senior Design & Development Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, design, and coordination of large-scale mixed-use developments with a focus on residential and hospitality assets. The role involves leading the internal design team and external consultants, ensuring alignment with the masterplan vision, maintaining design quality, supporting feasibility and business planning, managing cost and budgets, and ensuring the seamless transition into project execution and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities / Primary Duties**:
**Strategic & Feasibility Responsibilities**
- Support feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and due diligence activities to assess project viability.
- Contribute to market and competitor studies to determine optimal product mix and typologies across residential, hospitality, and supporting uses.
- Assist in the formulation of project business cases, investment packages, and financial models aligned with strategic goals.

**Design Management & Coordination**
- Lead the end-to-end design development process of masterplans and vertical projects, ensuring integration of architectural, infrastructure, landscape, and mobility components.
- Establish and enforce development control guidelines, design standards, and quality benchmarks throughout all design stages.
- Oversee consultant selection, scope definition, contract negotiation, and performance management.

**Required Job Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field, PM certified (preferred)
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Development Management, or Real Estate is an advantage.
- 15 -18 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a real estate development company overseeing large-scale or mixed-use projects.
- Proven experience in managing design budgets, cost planning, and value engineering within development programs.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering residential and hospitality projects from concept through execution and Interior fitout.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication, report-writing skills and presentation skills.
- Strong command of project management reporting and design coordination platforms.

Pay: ﷼35,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madinah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
