**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate all design phases from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction), ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage and oversee architectural, interior, structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
- Review and validate design deliverables for compliance with local codes, authority requirements, and international quality standards.
- Interface with development, planning, cost, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design intent is preserved through construction.
- Provide expert support during the **construction supervision phase**, ensuring proper interpretation and implementation of design on-site.
- Conduct design audits, resolve technical queries, and support change management and value engineering processes.
- Participate in site inspections, technical reviews, and design coordination meetings with contractors and consultants.
- Lead the authority approval process and manage submission packages for relevant permits and clearances.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in design management and construction supervision, with a strong portfolio of **mixed-use, residential, and hotel projects**.
- In-depth knowledge of regional construction methodologies, authority approval processes, and project delivery frameworks.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Pay: ﷼40,000.00 - ﷼50,000.00 per month
