**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**:

- Develop and implement technical solutions for Oracle Utilities Applications, focusing on CC&B or C2M modules.
- Design and build components using Groovy, SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages or frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and implement them effectively.
- **Technical Leadership**:

- Guide the team in adopting best practices for development and testing.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and architectural guidelines.
- **Business and Requirements Analysis**:

- Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand project requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions within CC&B or C2M modules.
- Create detailed technical design documents based on user requirements and system specifications.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including testers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **SDLC Understanding and Implementation**:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by adhering to development lifecycle standards and project timelines.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing for all technical deliverables.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience in Oracle Utilities Applications, specifically CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and/or C2M (Customer to Meter).
- Solid background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and technical design.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficient in programming with Groovy or object-oriented languages.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL for database development.
- **Development Skills**:

- Experience with object-oriented design principles and technical development methodologies.
- Knowledge of system integration approaches and API-driven architectures.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to agile project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
- Prior experience in utilities or energy industry projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
