**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of project cost plans, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and organizational benchmarks.
- Conduct detailed cost analyses and develop financial models to support project proposals and management decisions.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation and budget preparation.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular reporting on financial performance against the established budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend adjustments to improve financial efficiency.
- Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on cost-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost planning and management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in cost planning, financial management, or related areas, preferably within large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation techniques, financial modeling, and project budgeting
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex financial data
- Effective communication and organizational skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and financial management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
