WSP Middle East is looking for a BIM Manager-MEP to join us in Riyadh, KSA.

The MEP-BIM Manager will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our Property and Building/Building Services team.

**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards specific to MEP systems.
- Oversee the creation, management, and quality assurance of BIM models for MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate BIM activities and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural models.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to resolve BIM-related issues and ensure project objectives are met.
- Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings and reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP engineering team in the use of BIM tools and software.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Implement and maintain BIM quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in MEP models.
- Conduct regular audits of BIM models to verify compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their BIM requirements and expectations.
- Present BIM models and project updates to clients and other stakeholders as needed.
- Mentor and train team members in BIM processes and tools.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design and BIM management, with a proven track record of managing BIM processes for large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360) and MEP systems design and coordination.
- Excellent understanding of MEP systems and their integration within building projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
